Job description

Staffworks is looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative for a position in the Rome NY area. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking calls from customers, booking freight, and lining up the appropriate carrier to pick up the freight.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years Customer Service experience
• Must be organized
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good phone skills
• Computer knowledge

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm

Pay rate:

$17-$18 per hour BOE
