Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Grove City, OH
Compensation/Benefits: $100,000-$135,000 + PTO, 401k w/ Match, Comprehensive Insurance Plans
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience. Experience within Non-Profits is highly desired but not required.

What You Will Be Doing

The Controller is responsible for the accounting needs of the organization; including timely and accurate financial reporting that is GAAP compliant, maintaining and enhancing accounting systems and processes, and internal controls

The Controller should be an organized professional with an eye for detail; reliable; self-motivated and work collaboratively with other functions

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of accounting experience including general ledger, sub-ledgers, close cycle, audit and reporting.
1+ year of experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller
Experience in a similarly sized org- we have 180 employees and 150M in operating expenses
Experience with ERP Implementation. We use Oracle NetSuite
* Non-profit experience strongly preferred *
* CPA or MBA is strongly preferred but not required *
Experience with SEFA / Single Audit is preferred but not required
