About the Role:
We are currently seeking skilled Power BI Designers to join our dynamic team for an upcoming project. The ideal candidates should be designers first and foremost, with a deep understanding of Power BI functionalities and design principles. The project aims to develop enhanced Power BI front-ends and integrate them efficiently with our existing data structures. This fast-paced project requires dedicated professionals who can deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards.
Ensure effective integration of Power BI solutions with existing data sources.
Collaborate with the data team to understand data structures and determine the best ways to visualize and report data.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
Optimize and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Provide guidance and support on Power BI best practices to team members and stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI updates and features to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Power BI Designer or similar role.
Strong understanding of Power BI and its advanced features.
Ability to design intuitive and effective data visualizations.
Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
Desirable:
Experience with DAX, Power Query, and M language.
Understanding of business intelligence best practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with other data visualization tools and software.
