Originally founded by two emergency room psychiatrists, Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, Connections Health Solutions brings 30 years of experience serving individuals in crisis and operates two of the nation’s largest and most studied crisis response centers and is currently expanding to more states. Since opening our doors we have provided care and treatment for hundreds of thousands of individuals in crisis.
What You'll Be Doing:
The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide proactive full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for the company. With a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various departments to deliver the best candidate experience.
- Source and attract quality candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards (LinkedIn), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals for current and future workforce needs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to support staffing needs, position qualifications, interview process and interview panels.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to provide high quality candidate slates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Extend job offers and communicates benefit information to candidates to negotiate an offer acceptance.
- Ensures positive relationships with internal and external clients, while managing standards and ensuring that time-to-hire is adequately fulfilled.
- Demonstrate customer-service orientation, able to provide positive candidate experience and go above and beyond.
- Use innovative and effective sourcing methods by organizing and attending virtual and in-person job fairs to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with other members of the HR team and key stakeholders to provide an elite pre-boarding and onboarding experience.
- Must possess a "team-oriented" mindset with the willingness to pitch in when called upon.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing
- At least 2 years’ experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with high volume recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Preferred Quaifications:
- Experience using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- SHRM Certified Professional
