If you are a Civil Superintendent with experience, please read on!
We are a rapidly growing Civil Contractor in NYC currently working on a $1B Project in Manhattan. As one of the top construction groups in the city, we have a large backlog and are excited to add some strong members to the team! We are now looking for a skilled Superintendent to join the team!-Responsible for leading the day to day operations in the field including: safety, quality, productivity, equipment management and subcontractor management.
-Oversee the planning and scheduling of activities as well as estimating the cost of activities against project budgets
-Degree in civil engineering or equivalent
-5+ years of Civil Construction
-OSHA 30
-Bridge Experience or other Transit a plus
-Understanding of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
-Read drawings and specifications.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
$140 k - $180 k range(Depending exp)
