Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $15.38 - $23.17 per hour
Description: A Call Center Representative at Style Netbox serves as the first point of contact for our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Listen to customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
