Medical Marketing- Community Ambassador

Step Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Marketing- Community Ambassador to join our team. As a Community Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families through quality and personalized care. If you are passionate about children and ready to deliver our message to the community with high enthusiastic energy, then we want to hear from you!

Section 1: Overview

• Coverage area: Castle Rock To Denver; Littleton to Aurora
• Assist the CEO with \pavement pounding\ marketing by visiting Physicians' Offices, preschools, and private elementary schools
• Build relationships and educate them about Step Therapy Pediatrics
• 80% of your time will be spent out in the community, creating authentic relationships
• Specialties of interest are Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy for children ages 0-21

Section 2: Requirements

• Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required
• Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
• Professional LinkedIn profile and appearance
• A+ customer service-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships
• Tech savviness
• Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive and creative mind
