Job description
Conduct thorough market research to identify areas of expansion. Analyze competition to develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets. Build and lead a high-performance Sales team. Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Accountable for achieving sales budget for their respective region
- Develops and is accountable for growing sales with new business and accounts.
- Directs the efforts, coaches and develops sales representatives within their region.
- Work closely and collaborate with logistics and supply chain to optimize distribution in the area.
- Monitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assigned area.
- Assists President and HR Manager in developing performance goals, professional development plans, succession planning and completing yearly appraisal process.
- Provides support to representatives on escalated customer issues and acts as liaison between representative and senior management.
- Works with President and HR to assess headcount needs and assist in the recruitment and hiring process of viable candidates
- Accountable for positive customer satisfaction metrics within their region.
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- 5+ years sales experience with 3-5 in a leadership role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines timely.
- Bilingual preferred
