Job description

Mango Crazy in Lathrop, CA is looking for one customer service to join our strong team. We are located on 16609 S Harlan Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers and deliver genuine and exceptional customer service

* Answer any questions the customers may have

* Assist Customers in preparing their orders accurately and in a timely manner

* Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment

* Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

* Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking

* Mix, wash, peel, chop fruits and vegetables

* Label, stock and inventory all ingredients

Qualifications

* Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments

* Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have

* Exceptional communication skills and friendly attitude with customers

* Ability to work a flexible schedule - nights, weekends, holidays

* Obtain a valid Food Handler's Certificate
