Job description
The Tampa Bay Rays Information Technology department is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude to assist with the Help Desk functions of our front office.
Responsibilities - Assist the Help Desk Team to deliver technological support.
- Properly document all calls, issues and subsequent resolutions.
- Provide user-level software support, including but not limited to, MS Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Zoom and zoom phone support.
- Upgrade, repair, replace computers and printers as needed.
- Assist with software installations.
- Assist in collecting information for inventory purposes.
Experience/Skills/Requirements - Have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, manage deadlines and possess exceptional organizational skills for our rapidly changing environment.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software installation.
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems, Mac OS, and Linux.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365
- Familiar with major smartphone and tablets models and OS
- A basic understanding of various mobile device platforms and Macintosh.
