Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our busy realtor.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and expand our brand's reach. We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail, a good eye for design and marketing, and proficiency in content creation and writing. The ideal candidate takes the initiative to stay up to date with current marketing trends and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
- Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
- Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
- Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
- Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing and Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas for video content and execute them effectively
- Capture footage from properties
- Utilize raw videos to create engaging short or long-form content for social media platforms or blog posts
- Apply video editing techniques to enhance the quality and impact of the content great to have, but will be working with a virtual video editor
Social Media and Online Presence:
- Post and manage content on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google My Business
- Craft compelling and visually appealing posts to attract and engage the target audience
- Develop and execute email blasts to communicate with clients and prospects
- Implement 8X8 marketing campaigns, including weekly mailings and other communication initiatives
Print Marketing and Distribution:
- Design print marketing pieces such as postcards and flyers
- Coordinate with in-house personnel and printers to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing materials
- Organize distribution logistics, including coordination with the post office or other delivery services
Website Management:
- Update and maintain the realtor's website ( to ensure it reflects current listings and relevant information
- Create and update blog posts to provide valuable content to website visitors
- Social Media Farming and Engagement
- Set up and manage the Genie tool for social media farming
- Assist in capturing basic video footage for social media content and collaborate with the Marketing team for editing and finalization
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of current market trends
- Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
- Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus
