Job description

Great Bear Coffee in Los Gatos, CA is looking for experienced baristas to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 19 N Santa Cruz Ave. Our ideal candidate is Experienced, Energetic, Reliable and hard-working.

Flexible hours Monday thru Sunday from 6:30am to 7:00pm

Tip Pooling approx $7-10 an hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Cashier
• Float / Support
• Preparing recipes

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
