Job description

Richardson Properties is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Pointe North Hills, the newest and most luxurious apartment community in North Little Rock, AR. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the on-site Community Director in managing the property while being the friendly and welcoming presence for residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the on-site Community Director in various property management tasks.
• Welcome residents and applicants, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
• Conduct leasing activities, including demonstrating units and facilitating tours for prospective tenants.
• Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in handling basic office tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
