Job description

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator supports the Program for Older Adults with Breast Cancer in the Breast Oncology Center, Susan F. Smith Center for Women???s Cancers.?? This program ??provides personalized support to older patients throughout their breast cancer journey, from diagnosis through treatment into survivorship. ??The Program Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for older patients and their caregivers, conducts initial clinical intakes, offers patient navigation and ??communicates with the oncology care team.?? Work closely with the Lead Program Coordinator in day-to-day operations and program coordination, and with the Program Manager and Medical Director as well on tasks related to program development, implementation, and evaluation. This position is based at the Chestnut Hill campus is primarily an on-site, in-clinic position.??
