Job description
We are a highly energized insurance agency in the south-metro/ Mankato area and are looking for an experienced Account Manager, Sales Professional, and/or Customer Service Specialist to add to the team! An ideal candidate will be passionate about working with people growing professionally with our team. They will be results-driven, and eager to learn about the industry as well as a range of effective business strategies. Training will be provided along with a base salary and generous commission structure.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their individual needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through our marketing system
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Supply agency owner with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales is a plus!
- Excellent learning ability with software such as Microsoft and Salesforce
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven - Strive to hit our promotions such as cash rewards, trips, and prize incentives
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background and insurance licensure courses
