Job Title: First Year Associate Attorney
Firm Location: Newport Beach, CA
Hours: Full-Time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Model: Full-Time Onsite until you ramp up and then it goes to hybrid. We want to make sure you can hit the ground running.
Base Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 (Based on experience level)

About the Firm:

We are trial attorneys who provide the highest level of legal services exclusively to those who have been injured in accidents. We work diligently each day to provide our clients with uncompromising legal assistance and support, while continually striving to exceed the expectations of those we represent. We serve Orange County, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Sacramento County. Experienced attorneys, we have been devoted to successfully helping injured victims of accidents for over 28 years.
We work on contingency. Most of our business comes from referrals of past and present clients who receive the highest level of service.

What You Will Be Doing

We want entry-level attorneys. $115,000 to start. Looking for someone who wants to learn how to become a fantastic trial attorney. We are a catastrophic personal injury law firm seeking to grow its trial and catastrophic injury litigation team. We are looking for someone hard-working, intelligent, and unafraid to take on insurance companies and uncaring multinational corporations on behalf of people who need strong advocates in their corner.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, and the desire to work on cases at all phases of litigation, including trial. This will be a collaborative working environment with highly skilled legal professionals. This is a position for someone who wants training and feedback, and to expand their responsibilities over time and eventually become a write your own ticket trial attorney.

This position will operate out of our office in Newport Beach, Orange County. We are accepting applications from individuals who are licensed in the state of California, and those who are pending bar results.
