About the Hotel Front Desk Position

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer enquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.

Front Desk Clerk responsibilities are:

• Greeting customers upon entering

• Assisting customers with queries/complaints

• Making relevant suggestions

• Answering phone calls and making reservations

Front Desk Clerk requirements are:

• Experience as a Front Desk Clerk

• Excellent customer service skills

• Reliable transportation

• Willing to learn. 

• Willing to work various shifts including nights, holidays and weekends.

• Effective communication skills

• High school diploma
