Your Role:

As a Business Coach, your responsibilities will include:

- Coaching business owner clients and delivering workshops and seminars (both online and offline)
- Generating leads and attending conferences while maintaining coachability and accountability

Expectations:

Coaching Clients:

- Reach out to small business owners using proven strategies to schedule 45-minute Zoom meetings
- Utilize our proprietary software to identify potential revenue boosts for business owners
- Convert 70% of business owners into high-ticket clients using our software
- Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom
- Guide clients through strategies proven to grow any small business to over a million dollars annually
- Track clients' monthly revenue and profits using our methodologies

Delivery of Workshops, Seminars, and Training Programs:

- Identify revenue opportunities for businesses using our proprietary software
- Fill online events using our proven system and convert attendees into clients

Lead Generation Strategies:

- Establish joint ventures with ideal clients employing our proven strategy
- Interview small business owners for our magazine
- Network at local business functions and events
- Utilize email campaigns and follow up on referrals
- Attend weekly virtual coaching and training sessions
