Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
Associates Degree in Engineering, Supply, Business, or technical field of study with at least 2 years’ experience in a TPM manufacturing environment OR 4 years’ experience in manufacturing at Mars with MSE pillar participation or AM/Autonomous Work Team experience
Demonstrated excellent technical aptitude Excellent written and oral communication skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Extensive experience with MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Extensive experience with Power BI DAX and M-Code experience Self-starter that can establish relationships within the site, must be adept to understanding the needs of associatesPreferred Qualifications:
