The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for servicing a variety of clients, predominantly retirees. This position requires strong relationship management skills to build a true partnership with our clients. The CSR is a central point of contact and relationship manager for our clients. The CSR acts as a conduit between the client and the rest of the firm, providing support, navigation, and helping to deliver real solutions. The CSR is responsible for adding value to our clients with the goal of better connecting our Firm and growing the business.

The Client Service Representative is responsible for processing financial transactions and customer and advisor requests at a high rate of quality and productivity into a variety of products such as IRAs, variable annuities, REITs and BDCs. This role is responsible for following a variety of documented product procedures and matrices for multiple partners. The Candidate must be adaptable and able to work in a high-paced environment and work. A degree of decision making is essential to this position.

• Work directly with advisors to prepare, process, and set up new accounts and account transfers using digital solutions
• Handle daily outgoing and incoming calls and emails from clients based on their inquiries
• Process client requests pertaining to their accounts
• Review client account activities
• Collaborate with our business partners to ensure operational efficiency – to include advisors and CSR's in other locations as needed
• Maintain and update client records in web-based system (currently Redtail CRM)
• Stay up to date with products and procedures
• Assist with other projects/tasks as needed
• Navigate Internet to research client accounts at various investment companies.
• Perform all follow-up for clients, including (but not limited to) maintaining and servicing client accounts, depositing checks, and setting up monthly distributions
• Occasionally meet with clients and walk them through the paperwork process
• Assist in the scheduling of all account reviews and phone appointments for the advisor as needed
• Rotate with other CSRs to cover the phones during the receptionist's breaks, lunches, and paid time off.
• Assist in trading and maintenance of portfolio information (post licensing).
• Oversee other client services reps and any projects related to your department.
• Teamwork a) Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members as a result of performing quality assurance on team members work. b) Willingness to work as a team and provide quality service to our clients.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience.

Preferred candidate will be licensed and familiar with Redtail, Black Diamond, DocuSign and Fidelity
