International organization hiring a junior Project Coordinator for the Global Communications team. This role works cross-functionally with multiple departments and leaders to manage the execution and success of paid media campaigns. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A candidate must be comfortable working in a high-speed environment, globally and across departments and time zones. The role is a hybrid position requiring some flexibility in terms of schedule and project deliverables. Apply today!

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator provides support to Global Communications team:

• Proofreading and editing copy and checking for style, syntax, and grammar.
• Tracking creative assets throughout campaigns, following up with POCs to ensure all materials have been copy-checked, legally vetted, and approved.
• Sharing files and creative assets with the various teams ahead of deliverables and schedules.
• Providing supporting research for campaign themes and live events including facts, data, articles, and guests/speakers.
• Tracking deadlines and project schedules for paid campaigns and events.
• Desire to learn best practices regarding large-scale, paid advertising campaigns.
