Being an Admission Specialist at Devereux has its Advantages! You will work with other experienced and dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As an Admissions Specialist for Devereux PA Children's Services you will be tracking, processing, and following up daily on admissions referrals for our children's IDD and BH psychiatric residential treatment programs located on our campus in West Chester PA.

You will be offered:

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), residential treatment (RTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Education: Bachelors degree preferred 

 

Experience: Minimum of three years experience in marketing at an organization that provides health care services, preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and project management skills. Requires strong data collection skills utilizing computer applications. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Access) and database management. Valid driver’s license required.
