Job Details:


·Position: Emergency Management Coordinator
·Type: Full-Time
·Shifts: 2-week 80-hour work schedule options:
1st: Monday - Fridays 8-4:30 pm or 7-3:30 pm
2nd: 1st week M-F 7-4:30 pm - 2nd week M-W 7-4:30 pm, Thurs 7-3:30 pm
3rd: 4 x 10hr days each week.
·Location: Ebbing Air National Guard Base.


Job Summary:


Sanford Federal, Inc is looking to hire an Emergency Management Coordinator to provide services at the Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Fort Smith, AR.
Employee will be provided with adequate office space located at Civil Engineer
Facility including a complete workstation and chair, expendable supplies,
computer hardware and software (and support), internet/intranet/Local Area
Network (LAN) (and support), telephone and fax, copy machine and printer, mail service and postage. All government-furnished supplies and services shall be for official use only.


Qualifications:


· Must have a bachelor's degree or 5 years of demonstrated practical experience in the areas of expertise required by the task order.
· Must be proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
(Microsoft Office Suite)
· Must be able to use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports.
· Must have basic knowledge of the Emergency Management Career field.
· Address and respect all military officials and members IAW their grade and/or rank in all forms of communication.
· Must obtain an active security clearance.


Duties:


· Maintain system of record asset database.
· Create and maintain a local database for non-unit type code (UTC)/highly pilfer-able assets.
· Update database for any asset changes.
· Provide tracking of shelf lives and calibration dates.
· Maintain accurate shortfall lists with cost estimates.
