Newark

Full Time

8am - 4.30pm, Mon - Thur and 6am - 2pm Friday

£11.42ph

Temporary-to-Permanent

Our central Newark client is seeking a Stores Assistant with the ability to work in a small team.

Duties include:

• Good in duties, unloading parts and allocating to stock positions

• Stock management duties including processing stock and recording stock movement

• Completing stock counts

• Preparing stock kits for production

• Using a pick sheet to pick orders and repair kits

• Moving assembled machines with a pallet truck

• Identifying missing products/ shortages and communicating this stores Supervisor

• Packing and wrapping parts and repair kits onto pallets for despatch

• General warehouse housekeeping duties

The successful Stores Assistant candidate will be physically fit, have excellent communication and numeracy skills and a willingness to learn more about the company and roles. Some experience on a Counterbalance FLT would be helpful but is not essential.

This will be temporary role initially, but with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
