5+ years of experience with Power Platform
Understanding and creating workflows/ power flows
Must have 5+ years of exp with D 365 modules-Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and contact center operations using Omni Channel capabilities, Customer Self Service Portals, or Partner portals
MB-260 certification
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Dynamics 365 Architect with strong experience with Customer Insights (CI) to
join our Apex organization, where you will build and own the technical implementation of the Single View Of
The Customer powered by D365 Customer Insights (CI). In addition, you ll work as a functional lead in
supporting and implementing Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform capabilities spanning across Marketing,
Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules and use Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power
Virtual Agent.
Working closely with the Enterprise Data team, you will source data to and from company's Data Marketplace (Azure SQL, Synapse data warehouse & DataBricks) and build and support a common data model powered by MS Customer Insights to deliver, support, and maintain a unified customer profile.
Your curious mind and attention to detail will be an asset. You will also keep abreast on the latest technologies and analytics approaches, attending conferences or other events as needed.
