Job description
Working directly with one of Wandrian's main brands, ItaliaTours, you will be our point person for overseeing and managing all tours & activities' product inventory and distribution across multiple direct & reseller/sales channels. You will also be responsible for having a pulse on the market, our competitors, and providing feedback ensuring that we're offering the most competitive tours & activities on the market.
ItaliaTours ( specializes in tours and activities in Italy. We are providing a full spectrum/360° solution to travelers to Italy - sustainable/responsible and purposeful travel.

Who you are
- 5+ years experience in the Travel/Tourism industry
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Deep understanding of the country of Italy
- Strong skills in using and manipulating data (OTA platforms and reservations systems - knowledge of Fareharbor a plus!)
- Sales oriented understanding of how your role contributes to our annual sales targets
- High degree of organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Adaptable, always growing and improving
- Not afraid to make mistakes, and accountable to learn from them
- Recognizes the importance of teamwork, seeks win-win outcomes when collaborating with others
- Open to new ideas, and willing to experiment
- Excellent English (oral and written), with a talent for writing compelling copy
What you will do
- Manage product journey: from development to launch to regular maintenance
- Manage all inventory in our Operations Management System (product set-up and maintenance, API connections)
- Ensure that seasonality updates and notifications are updated and rolled out in the proper channels
- Manage availability, content and price accuracy across all channels to maximize and optimize product placement and exceeding sales targets
- Maintain collaborative relationships with current and future distributors/suppliers
- Provide regular sales insight - monitoring competitors, new products, industry feedback
- Monitor market trends and how they influence upcoming product development
- Managing and maintaining our media library, updates, sourcing
- Develop new products from ideas to experiences
- Developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies
- Represent ItaliaTours at trade shows and industry events on occasion
