James Lane Air Conditioning Co., LLC, a Fidelity Company in Wichita Falls, TX, is looking for an HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team!

We are currently seeking a qualified individual as an After-Hours Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wichita Falls, Texas.

An After-Hours Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and scheduling after-hours service requests.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and consistent availability for the required work schedule. They will be able to prioritize, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a high level of customer service, responsiveness, and professional business acumen.

Primary Duties:

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails after hours (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• Quick turnaround time for returned calls or following up with customers.
• Record and input customer service requests based on availability; secure payment information.
• Communicate professionally and timely with on-call field personnel.
• Schedule and relay pertinent information for HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of customer service experience
• 2 years college preferred

Pay Structure

• $100 per week and $8 for each on-call service booking
• Required training prior to after-hours release at $13-15/hour
• $25 monthly Wi-Fi allowance
• Cell phone and company laptop is provided
