A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER

As our Dispatcher, you are a "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, entering purchase orders, and processing invoices.

Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone and in person. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of HVAC work is taken care of accurately and on-time!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCHER

Any experience in the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? PART-TIME DISPATCHER WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time Dispatcher position works Monday - Friday .
