Job description
EIDIM Group Inc. is urgently hiring for a Project Manager who would like to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the clients and customers to ensure the completion of company projects
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
· Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate administrative tasks, inventory resources, and send staff deadline reminders.
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Manage and supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project
· Ensure that the procedure, rules, regulations, and promulgated laws governing project management are well adhered to
· Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the project owner
· Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.
· Outlining the human and material resources required to successfully complete each project.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge of:
1. Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
2. Computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
3. Contractual obligations
4. Commodity codes, vendors, contracts, etc.
5. Audio visual systems and products.
6. Complex audio-visual systems suited to different locations.
7. Lighting/rigging and theatre systems, if applicable.
8. Providing hands-on input to the design and estimation process.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager
2. Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
3. With Related AV Certifications
4. Willing to be trained
5. Willingness and patience to complete online classes or other classes assigned
We offer a salary of $90,000 per year plus company incentives
