We are currently seeking a Jr. SFDC Admin to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
"Looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed Admin Certification and be actively working on Advanced Admin with 50% completion on Trailhead. They should have experience handling Access-related tickets and be proactive in managing Pager Duty alerts. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of SOQL, Visual Pages, Data Modeling, and Security Modeling. With a developer background and experience in an admin environment, the candidate should have contributed to creating efficiencies within the system. Additionally, the candidate should be Sales Cloud certified.
Requirements:
- Completed Salesforce Admin Certification and actively working on Advanced Admin, 50% completion of Trailhead.
- Experience in handling Access-related tickets and managing Pager Duty alerts.
- Proficiency in SOQL, Visual Pages, Data Modeling, and Security Modeling.
- Background in development with experience working in an admin environment.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to creating efficiencies within systems, while performing automation & reduce L1 & L2.
