What to Anticipate?
- Offer 24/7 support handling inbound calls for emergency roadside assistance and other service requests, including vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, lock-outs, fuel shortages, and accidents.
- Make outbound calls to our network of service providers to arrange prompt and efficient towing and assistance for our customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls for status updates, clarification, and coordination of secondary services as needed.
- Utilize tools like Google Maps to accurately identify the customer’s location and ensure timely assistance.
- Inform customers about their policy coverage and secure a service provider within the policy’s parameters.
- Work closely with clients, their customers, and account representatives to deliver unparalleled service and support.
Requirements
- Strong probing and investigating skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate case management.
- Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Home Improvement brand.
- Ensure the security of customers information and well-being.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Commit to 15-25 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
- Ensure a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).
- Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
- Have a hard-wired broadband internet service (DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection). Purchase a call center noise-canceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.
