We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to partner with our Lead Agent to serve buyers at a high level. Hours vary in this position. Compensation-$40,000 - $60,000 and more over time (commission)
Responsibilities:
- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
- Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
