Norton Rose Fulbright’s IP Brands Team is seeking attorneys with 4+ years of relevant experience to join the IP Brands practice team.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with all aspects of trademarks practice, including but not limited to:

• Searching and clearance opinions;
• Prosecution and maintenance;
• Portfolio management;
• Counseling; and
• Enforcement (including watching, policing, oppositions/cancellations, and litigation).

Experience with international trademark work, licensing and other transactional work, copyrights, and advertising/marketing issues are a plus. The candidate should also have excellent academic credentials in addition to strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and be an excellent team player.


Ideally, our team is looking for candidates who are willing to work in our Minneapolis office or New York office and be admitted to and in good standing of the Minnesota Bar or New York Bar.

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City, market is expected to range between $180,000- $300,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
