The chip design team focuses on end-to-end solutions for Analog, Digital & Mixed signal IP and full-chip SoC implementation. We offer flexibility to the customer by being able to provide individual services like DFT or turnkey chip implementation from RTL to GDS II sign-off.

Role: Test Engineer (exp. Teradyne Catalyst platform)
Location: Milpitas, CA
Type: Contract
Duration: 1 year
Rate: $60 / hr

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sustaining test solutions to maintain production yield and quality on multiple devices
• Analyze and come up with solutions to address production issues such as low-yield, DUT HW issues, Test program related issues etc. without negative impact to quality
• Work with customer product experts to identify workarounds/resolutions
• Flexible to work around availability of tester time
• Create detailed reports that summarizes the issue and the fix to be implemented.
• Present weekly reports to communicate progress on ongoing activities
• Host weekly meetings to discuss ongoing activities 

Skills Required:

• Experience on Teradyne Catalyst platform (Mixed-signal/RF)
• Hands-on experience with developing test solutions (DUT HW and test program) for Mixed-signal devices.
• Experience with instruments such as multimeter, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer etc.
• Deep knowledge in ATE testing of ADC, DAC, PLL, Microwave Mixers, Wideband Rx/Tx
• Communication and organization skills
• Knowledge of other ATE platforms such as V93K is a plus
