Job description

We are seeking a Settlement Coordinator to join our team at House Buyers of America, dedicated to ensuring smooth acquisitions and dispositions that result in timely settlements. This is a fully remote opportunity!

Responsibilities:

- Expedite acquisitions to facilitate swift property market integration.
- Serve as a committed liaison for customers throughout the settlement process.
- Review and input contracts and settlement statements accurately into our CRM system.
- Foster and manage relationships with title companies, ensuring timely processing of settlements.
- Aid in property marketing efforts, including procuring professional imagery, creating online listings, and staging properties.
- Collaborate with the construction department to ensure projects are finalized before listing.
- Support House Buyers of America's expansion into new geographic markets.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proficient communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
