JOB DESCRIPTION :


Candidate should have strong commercial lending technology experience in their background (ex: loanIQ).

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the integration of commercial loans from one company to another. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the integration process, including planning, execution, and monitoring. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies required for successful integration.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to define requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment throughout the integration process.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance on integrating commercial loan systems, data migration, APIs, and other technical components required for seamless integration.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the integration process, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes to timelines or requirements.
Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and metrics to ensure the integrity and accuracy of loan data transferred during the integration process.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including project plans, status reports, technical specifications, and user guides to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.
Post-Integration Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or concerns following the completion of the integration project.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in IT project management with a focus on system integrations, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of commercial loan products, lending processes, and related regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing environments, and deliver results within established timelines and budget constraints.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
