A leading tech company is seeking a Usability Researcher. The successful candidate will d evelop clear insights from the data that are actional insights where the stakeholder understands which steps they need to take to impact the benefit of the user. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in hands-on research and/or product planning experience, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to improve plans and UX in a technology industry setting. Usability Researcher Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $50/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company ( Redmond, WA 98052 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Usability Researcher Responsibilities:
- Create Product plans.
- Develop clear insights from the data that are actional insights where the stakeholder understands which steps they need to take to impact the benefit of the user.
Usability Researcher Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in hands-on research and/or product planning experience, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to improve plans and UX in a technology industry setting.
- 6+ years of experience in building and executing impactful research plans that provide deep customer insights to inform the product.
- 6-8 years of experience in operating independently and embracing ambiguity.
- 6-8 years of experience in building strong relationships with their stakeholders and build trust.
- Experience building strong collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, and flexibility.
- An advanced degree in HCI (human-computer interaction), market research, human factors, psychology, or a related field with a strong emphasis on research techniques and understanding humans/ designing technology to meet their needs, or a BA/BS in one of these fields with significant industry experience.
- Eager to learn and understand about user audiences, their behaviors, context(s) and motivations – across all phases of the customer lifecycle and user journey.
- Track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
