Job description

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing strategy for underwriting operations, including P&L responsibility.
Establishing consistent operating practices across all underwriting operations.
Overseeing insurance operations platform and ensuring effectiveness for member organizations.
Providing leadership to underwriting, distribution management, customer service, and insurance operations teams.
Collaborating with executive leadership to shape company strategy and priorities.
Monitoring KPIs and market conditions to ensure profitability and growth.
Participating actively in the insurance community and leadership committees.
Required Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in Property & Casualty, with strong experience in multiple lines of business preferred.
10+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience with modern underwriting technology platforms and lean operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
CPCU or IIA preferred.
