• Logistics : Reliable transportation for punctuality and mobility between work locations.
• Physical Requirements : Capability to lift 60 pounds and manage long hours on feet.
• Availability : Flexibility to work evenings, days, and weekends to meet job demands.
• Background Check and Authorization : Passing a background check and authorization to work in the United States are mandatory.

Job Requirements:

• Assisting the Area Manager and Area Supervisor in daily operations.
• Assigning tasks to employees as per job requirements or special assignments.
• Overseeing work orders and special requests and ensuring their completion.
• Training new and existing employees in proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques.
• Upholding safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
• Working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Handling special projects delegated by the Operations Manager.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in carpet care and floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and grout cleaning.
• Confident, assertive, flexible, team-oriented, and professional demeanor.
• Strong time management skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Nightly report completion and basic computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Availability for evening and daytime shifts, weekends, and passing a background check.

Position Details:

1. Full-time role with a competitive hourly wage of $19.00.
2. Benefits include car and gas allowances, a quarterly performance bonus program, advancement opportunities, paid holidays, vacation, health care plan, overtime, and a company van after 90 days.
