As the Innovation Marketing Manager for Juniper Beyond Labs, you will work with our CTO organization, business groups, and partners to identify pathfinding projects and other key innovation initiatives to showcase and share with our customers and the broader industry community. You will work cross-functionally with Juniper engineering, partners, events management, and marketing teams to amplify awareness of our innovations across our target customer segments through campaigns, events, social media, and other communications vehicles. 

The successful candidate has a good background and understanding of networking technology, proven marketing experience in running marketing programs and campaigns, the ability to take a project from inception to mainstream, works well with cross-functional teams, and has an innovative spirit. 

Key Responsibilities

• Amplify awareness of Juniper innovations to both internal and external audiences.
• Work closely with the CTO office and business group to identify pathfinding initiatives and develop strategy to document and promote.
• Manage relationships with ecosystem partner marketing organizations to develop joint marketing plans that document and promote collaborative pathfinding projects, and allocate and manage market development funds.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing functions, including integrated marketing, communications, product marketing, and field marketing teams to develop and execute thought leadership campaigns.
• Develop and host events, live and virtual, to showcase Juniper innovations 
• Develop and publish the Juniper Innovation newsletter to communicate innovations, events, and partnerships to Juniper customers and partners. 

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a technical marketing role 
• Talent for delivering imaginative and original ideas to make communications informative and engaging.
• Capable of effectively driving cross-functional projects that involve a wide variety of departments across the company and coordinating the work of individuals who report to other groups, for on-time delivery of quality insights, effective action plans, and meaningful outputs.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations.
• Great interpersonal and teamwork skills to build solid relationships across functions and geographies.
• A positive, can-do attitude and passion for communications, innovation, and technology. 
• An aptitude for constantly learning and improving.
• Comfortable working under pressure, adapting to changing priorities, and voicing solutions to challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, or business management

Minimum Salary: $108,750.00

Maximum Salary:$166,750.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,750.00 and $166,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
