As the Regional Reliability Coordinator, you will work closely with mill personnel to ensure the effective operation of our equipment and systems, focusing on EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and Reliability initiatives. Your responsibilities encompass conducting regular meetings, reviewing completed work orders, and engaging in mill walks to identify and address operational issues. Direct communication with machine center operators, monthly audits, and analysis of machine downtime data are integral to your role. Additionally, you will compile comprehensive weekly reports, track downtime, and assist mill sites with Machine Health Monitoring implementation. Your support will extend to optimizing PM system effectiveness, managing assets within the EAM system, and training new maintenance planners.
The life of the Regional Reliability Coordinator includes:
• Examining downtime for each machine center, analyzing data for recurring issues, and discussing findings with mill personnel - spanning CSP.
• Responsible for assisting mill sites with all aspects of the Machine Health Monitoring (Augury, OPER 8) implementation and operation
• Assisting mill site planner/ maintenance personnel with PM system effectiveness.
• Assisting each mill with asset/rolling stock management within the EAM system
For this role, come equipped with:
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing with a particular interest in experience as a Planner.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance or electrical technician or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Strong digital aptitude Preferably, you also possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant industry certifications. Additionally, having knowledge or experience in lumber manufacturing, coupled with proficiency in CMMS software, would be advantageous.
