Position: Senior Civil Engineer/Civil Professional Engineer
Department: Engineering
Reports To: President/Vice President
Summary
A Senior Civil Engineer at Client will perform, supervise, and coordinate professional civil engineering work in the office and on-site, as well as any ancillary work required for land development projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Check plans and documents for quality assurance.
Engineering design and evaluation. Providing value-oriented design recommendations.
Manage commercial and residential building projects.
Plan the manufacture of land development designs. - Professional and technical engineering
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in engineering concepts and methodologies, with expertise in AutoCAD 2019/Civil 3D plan creation for water and wastewater systems.
- Surface Water Management Systems
- Drainage systems
- Roadways
- Other similar land development designs: Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Interconnected Pond Modeling (ICPR). Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with at least five years of relevant experience in land development projects. Valid Florida driver's license required. Proven expertise creating construction and final site plans for review by local government organizations.
