Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve office processes and procedures for increased productivity.
- Manage and mentor office staff to maintain a positive work environment and uphold company standards.
- Analyze financial data and create budgets to meet practice goals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for the practice.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel between two locations on a weekly basis and access to a vehicle are prerequisites.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations within a healthcare or dental environment with multiple locations.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities, including a proven history of motivating and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required, and a Master’s degree is considered advantageous.
