Key Responsibilities

- Engage with users across various social media platforms on behalf of our clients, maintaining their unique brand voice and ensuring timely responses.
- Implement effective escalation procedures to address issues and crises promptly, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support content scheduling and publication according to client content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
- Contribute to the identification of influencers and brand advocates for potential collaborations, enriching client campaigns.
- Analyze community trends and insights for monthly reports, providing valuable input for strategic planning and creative development.

Additional Responsibilities

- Assume direct management of clients' community needs in the absence of the Social Media Manager.


Requirements

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with occasional weekday coverage as required.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen interest in social media platforms.
- Up to 2 years of relevant social media experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with community management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Khoros (Spredfast), Social Studio, etc., is advantageous.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for bringing brands to life on social media (relevant experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
