Job description
Job Summary:
Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation is seeking a Member Assistant to join our team in Conway, South Carolina. This is a part-time hourly position with a strong possibility of becoming a full time position in the healthcare industry. As a Member Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support services to our clients in their daily activities. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and have a positive experience while attending our day centers.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living
- Monitoring clients' physical and mental health and reporting any changes to the RN Administrator
- Assisting with meal prep & serving, and feeding as needed.
- Engaging and supporting members in social and recreational activities.
- Providing compassionate and personalized care to meet the individual needs of each client.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for members
- Building positive relationships with members, their families, and the Elite team.
- Participating in training and educational programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the RN Administrator
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
