Virginia Veterinary Centers, a leading emergency and critical care hospital in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Director to join our dynamic team. Established in 2005, our hospital is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge Critical Care, Emergency, and Urgent Care services to the pets and families of Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas.

As the Emergency Director, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our board certified Criticalist and leading our emergency veterinary team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Specialized Centers: The Emergency Director will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple specialists located just an hour away in Richmond. This collaborative partnership allows for seamless access to specialized services and consultations, enriching our ability to provide comprehensive care for complex cases. Working closely with specialists in areas such as Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, and Dentistry, the Emergency Director will contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
