SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION - MERIDIAN

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Meridian. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating leads, and driving sales of our products and services in the Meridian area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  2. Generate leads and call potential clients to drive sales.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  4. Educate customers on our products and services.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and competition.
  9. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  4. Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  6. Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
