• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Educating clients about insurance options and coverage
• Assessing clients' insurance needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Generating new business through proactive sales efforts

Salary: $45,548.00 - $64,672.00 per year

Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred
• Property & Casualty Licensed already -or- A williness to obtain Property & Casualty license before employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and inviting demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
