Position Responsibilities
It is the Sales Manager’s responsibility to manage a staff of Sales Representatives within an assigned territory. The Sales Manager will recruit, train and coach all direct reports, implement and administer sales programs, ensure adherence to Everon policies, procedures, programs, products, pricing, techniques, technologies and services. A Sales Manager will also provide communication through regular sales meetings and develop sales representatives for advancement through regular performance appraisals. The Sales Manager will work closely with local General Managers, Service Managers and Sales Managers in the assigned territory. Additionally the Territory Service Sales Manager will partner with the Regional Sales Director and Service Sales Director to be sure we are aligned on all RMR initiatives and expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve Territory sales growth plans. Regularly monitor results and address issues and concerns that impede positive results.
Mentor, motivate and coach sales reps on lead generation, sales process, and other critical areas. Develop and implement performance improvement programs for Sales Reps to improve effectiveness and to address performance gaps. Conduct performance reviews/assessments, as required.
Utilize Performance Metrics continually to ensure “what gets measured, gets done.”
Implement Everon defined strategy to ensure consistency of field sales activities.
Ensure Sales Channel(s) strategic initiatives are executed in accordance with corporate goals and area budgets. Communicate new policies, sales techniques, and other modifications to sales management and sales reps.
Advocate operating efficiencies to achieve revenue and profit goals for a successful Sales Program in each District within the Territory.
Research and share “Best Practices” with the Sales Management and Sales Reps
As new products and services are introduced, oversee sales team to ensure consistency in implementation.
Recruit, interview and select new sales managers and reps, as required.
Work with the Regional Sales Director, Service Sales Director and the Sales Channel Leader(s) to ensure all financial and operational performance targets are met.

Requirements:
Education:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales management of a sales organization in outside B2B sales.
Experience in the use of CRM systems such as salesforce.com to manage sales process and funnel.
Skills:
