Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Front Counter duties as listed

1. Start of day procedures: cylinder cage record keeping
2. Help customers in store and on phone/relay hot shot requests to drivers
3. End of Day processes and count down the drawer to 100.00 balance and verify all money and tickets are there for the day. (Run daily cash summary to verify what you should have)
4. Verify all serials on non-barcoded tanks are listed on the clipboard for Accounting and warehouse to process and get the tank into rotation.

And any other counter duties not listed that come up.

2. Run Hotshots if no one else available and customer is not able to wait until next day

3. Maintain the records and inspection of spare trucks to keep in service/ready to use

4. Maintain inventory on the floor and keep in clean sellable form

5. Help with receiving as needed to keep the backroom up daily

6. Help with any stock pulls for the route trucks as time permits

7. prepaid backordered products to customer

This is just guideline, there are possibly other small duties not listed but will be requested from time to time by others in the company. We are a team from top to bottom and fill in wherever the need may arise.
